"00" type soft wheat flour

​​​​​​​Suitable for the preparation of gnocchi and fresh pasta and also excellent for dusting work benches.
​​​​​​​Extraction flour characterized by: no tacking, regular grain size, good cooking resistance, ease of processing both by hand and with the mixer, consistent but elastic dough.
Soft wheat flour obtained by grinding and consequent sifting of soft grains, freed from foreign substances e from impurities.

Complies with current Italian legislation and in particular with the law 04/07/1967 n. 580 and subsequent amendments.

 
Minimum storage period: 6 months.
Store in a cool and ventilated place (T <20 ° C and U.R. <65%). Removal of protective cellophane required.
