Instant prepared potato dumplings

Tasty homemade potato gnocchi with a good texture. Product based on carefully selected potatoes, which allows to obtain soft and tasty dumplings.

The formulation has been studied to obtain high quality, soft and tasty gnocchi quickly.
Mixture rich in top quality potato flakes suitable for handmaking fresh pasta.

Ingredients

Potato flakes 65%, starch, wheat flour, salt, egg yolk powder, skimmed milk powder, preservatives (sorbic acid E200, sodium metabisulphite E223), antioxidants (ascorbyl palmitate E304i), emulsifiers (acid sodium pyrophosphate E450, fatty acid monoglycerides E471), acidity regulator (citric acid E330), natural flavouring.
